Privacy

If you use this website, personal data will be collected about you. This can be done by entering the data yourself (e.g. in the contact form). However, the system also collects data from you automatically, such as your visit to this website. This happens regardless of which device or software you use this website with.

  • according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR, if after a weighing of interests the processing is necessary to protect my legitimate interests; this includes, in particular, interests in analyzing, optimizing and securing the offer on this website - this includes in particular the analysis of user behavior and the storage of access data

inventory data
Inventory data (e.g. name, address and e-mail address) are collected insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content design or change of a contractual relationship between me and the user.

usage data
Usage data (e.g. visits to this website) are collected in order to enable and bill the use of the services on this website by the user.

Usage data is only merged if and to the extent that this is necessary for billing purposes. Otherwise usage data will be created anonymously and only if you have not objected to this. You can object at any time to the address given in the imprint  send.

 

The legal basis for this data processing is, on the one hand, a legitimate interest in the analysis of this website and its use in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR.

storage duration

In principle, your data will only be stored for as long as the purpose of the respective data processing requires. Further storage takes place if this is still necessary for legal prosecution by me or my other legitimate interests or if I am legally obliged to continue to store your data (e.g. within the framework of tax retention periods).

  • become necessary if, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, a state or authority lawfully makes a claim against me for the release of your data.

Rights of Users

information desk
You can request information about your stored personal data at any time free of charge. In order to prevent misuse, identification of your person is required.

 

Erasure, Correction, Restriction
You can ask me to correct (also by supplementing) incorrect data at any time as well as to restrict the processing of your data or to delete your data. This applies in particular if the processing purpose has expired, a required consent has been revoked and there is no other legal basis or the data processing is unlawful. Your personal data will then be corrected, blocked or deleted immediately within the legal framework.

Change to the privacy policy

If a change to the data protection declaration becomes necessary for legal or factual reasons, this page will be updated accordingly. No changes are made to the consent given by the user.

If you fill out the contact form or send me an email, your details for processing the request, possible follow-up questions or other related questions will be saved and only used in the context of your request. Your data is entered in encrypted form, which means that third parties cannot read your data when you enter it. The basis for this storage is your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. You can revoke this consent at any time, an informal message to me is sufficient (e.g. via the contact form or by e-mail). The legality of the data processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected by this revocation. Your data will remain stored as long as it is necessary to process the request, in particular the storage is still necessary for the fulfillment/processing of the contract, for legal prosecution or for my other legitimate interests or I am legally required to keep your data (e.g. within the framework of tax retention periods ).

 

Google Analytics

We use the Google Analytics tool from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA as part of our legitimate interest in a technically flawless online offer and its economically efficient design and optimization in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR 94,043 US. This allows the use of websites to be analyzed, and pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the data. Extension of Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used to evaluate data from AdWords and the DoubleClick cookie for statistical purposes. You have the option of setting or preventing the setting of cookies on your computer.
