I am a passionate couples therapist and coach as well as an enthusiast for good relationships.

When I noticed how strongly my personal well-being is influenced by my interpersonal relationships, I began to deal intensively with attachment psychology and the relationship to myself. Since then I've been convinced that everyone can learn to have a fulfilling relationship.
In order to support other people in having healthy relationships, I became a couples therapist and systemic coach. It is a matter of the heart for me to accompany people with my experience and expertise to create happy and fulfilling relationships in order to increase their well-being. ​
